Azerbaijan favors demilitarization of Caspian Sea region, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson Elkhan Polukhov said.
“We want to see the Caspian Sea as a region of peace and cooperation, that is demilitarized, rather than a militarized.”
“Azerbaijan favors disarmament but not armament in the Caspian region,” Polukhov said.
