“I think if Moldova government is stabile, it will more closely cooperate with Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan as a part of GUAM,” Azerbaijani political expert Rasim Musabayov said while responding to question what impact the recent parliamentary elections will have on country’s policy in GUAM.
“A weak government will never deal with GUAM,” he said.
“Former oppositionists have only 53 mandates, but 61 votes are required to elect a president. It means that they should negotiate with part of the communists, otherwise this parliament will also be dismissed,” he said.
