"The Yeni Azerbaijan party always spoke for a dialogue.
Those who want take part in it, others do not take part", said Deputy Executive Secretary of the Yeni Azerbaijan party, deputy of Milli Majlis Siyavush Novruzov.
According to him, at this stage, the opposition does not even have the capacity to put forward their own candidates in all districts.
"In contrast to the parliamentary elections, municipal elections require more effort. A stiff struggle goes on spots for greater familiarization with the candidate. We put forward our candidate for municipal elections for the public to learn more of him.
I recommend to the opposition leader also to take part in municipal elections and put forward their candidates. Today they live with big ambitions. First of all, let the opposition test their strength in municipal elections", noted Siyavush Novruzov.
