"Armenia is ready to establish normal ties with Turkey without provisions", said Armenian President during the meeting with Armenian community of Iran.
"Much is spoken of Armenian-Turkish relations both in Armenian and in Turkish and international press and sometimes, proposals, forecasts or good wishes are set up for facts. The truth is as follows: we are ready to establish normal relations with Turkey without any provisions. Before that Turkey has not been ready for this", said the press service for the Armenian president quoting on Sargsyan.
The president noted that "it seems that conditions are created to get out of the inappropriate situation considering the fact that the neighbor states do not maintain diplomatic relations".
"Yet today in this hall I want to say once again that formation of relations with Turkey do not mean challenging the fact of genocide", noted Sargsyan.
