President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to President of Argentina Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner over the demise of the country`s former president Raul Ricardo Alfonsin Foulkes.
The message reads:
“I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on death of the former President of Argentina, prominent public figure Raul Ricardo Alfonsin Foulkes. I share your moment of mourning, and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, family members of the dead and all the people of Argentina.”
