President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulates Bulgarian counterpart Georgy Pirvanov on the national holiday of this country, according to AzerTac.
The congratulation letter says that the current level of Azerbaijani-Bulgarian relations, expansion of the coverage of our countries causes satisfaction.
"I am confident that close cooperation in a number of spheres, joint efforts in the framework of regional structures and transnational projects will further continue.
On this remarkable day I extend you my best wishes and peace and tranquility and welfare to the Bulgarian people", the letter reads.
