Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected to visit Azerbaijan on March 11-12.
Diplomatic sources say the Russian delegation will have a number of meetings with Azerbaijani officials to discuss Russia-Azerbaijan relations in all spheres and regional cooperation between the two countries.
Lavrov is expected to attend the inauguration of the Russian information and cultural center in Baku.
