Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on a human loss after a fire engulfed a nursing home in the Komi Republic, according to AzerTac.
"The news of a human loss as the result of a fire in a care home was a source of great sorrow to me the President said in his letter.
"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead and all the people of Russia." President Ilham Aliyev said.
