The delegation led by Azay Guliyev, chairman of the Council of State Support for Nongovernmental Organizations under President of Azerbaijan, ended visit to the United States.
The council told APA that the delegation had met with Congressman Adam Smith. Head of the delegation Azay Guliyev invited Adam Smith to Azerbaijan. The delegation also met with the staff of the University of Washington. The university leadership approved the idea of Azay Guliyev to establish Washington University’s Regional Training Center for Central Asia and South Caucasus. Azay Guliyev invited a group of representatives of state and public bodies of Washington to Azerbaijan.
