"The common interests of the Armenian people in the issue of the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh problem are related not only to one party or coalition", considers secretary of the parliamentary faction "Flourishing Armenia" Aram Safaryan.
"This is an issue of reaching our national concord among the people and I think at the X-moment, when the parties in the negotiations declare their results, it must turn into national discussions and national consensus. Definite decisions are possible only after that", Safaryan added.
Safaryan said that it would be good to put the issue for referendum as a public debate.
