"It is necessary to hold cardinal reforms in the sphere of military construction", said presidential candidate and chairman of the Great Creation party Fazil Qazanfaroghlu.
He said in the current situation it is necessary to take steps for formation of the army in line with NATO standards.
"After it Azerbaijan must take steps for formation of professional army. Moreover, it is necessary to hold reforms for raising wages of military men.
We need to implement a special state program to improve the state of servicemen", noted he.
Qazanfaroghlu also said that an agitation meeting near Tebriz cinema will be held on October 11. The meeting participants will chant "Belief in truth, belief in people", "Worthy society, immunity of property, fair state".
