The Open Society Party, led by former speaker Rasul Quliyev, currently residing in the United States, held its next session, said the chairman of the party Akif Shahbazov.
He said the session participants discussed the sociopolitical situation in the country, as well as variants of support of one of the candidates at the presidential elections.
"They discussed the issue of support of presidential candidate from the Yeni Azerbaijan ruling party Ilham Aliyev at the presidential elections.
The session of the Supreme Medjlis to ratify this issue will be held before October 15. If we support Ilham Aliyev, we will hold the agitation campaign in his favor", noted he.
