Head of OSCE Observation Mission Boris Frlec, who is on a visit to Baku, met with Chairman of Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov.
APA reports that the delegation, which arrived in Baku yesterday, will have meetings with the representatives of political parties and media.
Boris Frlec will hold a press conference on the outcomes of his meetings in Azerbaijan.
