Boris Klimchik has been appointed the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Azerbaijan.
The due decree was signed by President of Ukraine Viktor Yushenko on April 15. Another decree released Stepan Volkovetsky from the position of the Ukrainian ambassador to Azerbaijan.
