"The idea of new opposition has been proposed by the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan".
The due announcement was made by party chairman Sardar Jalaloglu.
He said through six months the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan has been carrying out work for formation of new opposition and undertake due steps in this direction.
"Formation of new political powers does not mean that we should bring specialists from England and America. New opposition should differ with its ideology, basis, strategy and outlook on political processes in the country.
In particular, we call on political powers to be align with powers on some issues and arrange a political dialogue.
Many people want the formation of a new opposition, however, they do not undertake definite steps and perceive this opposition as something abstract. In fact, opposition exists to criticize the shortcomings of authorities and undertake due steps in this field", Jalaloglu added.
