Five representatives of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan have left for Russia to observe presidential elections in the country, to be held on March 2 of this year.
The due announcement was made by Azer Sariyev, spokesman for the Central Election Commission.
He said the delegation is led by Mazahir Panakhov, head of the Central Election Commission. The representatives of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission will observe elections in Russia.
