Turkey has appointed a new ambassador to Azerbaijan, according to the English language newspaper “Turkish Daily News”.

This will be Hulusi Kilich, chief of protocol department of the Turkish Ministry.

Professor Kilich is specialist on Arabian language and he was a consul general of Turkey to the Halab city of Syria.

The present Turkish ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Huseyn Avni Garsioglu was appointed head of presidential secretariat in Turkey.

Moreover, Turkish government has also appointed new representatives to several other countries.
