The Cooperation Council of NGOs will be established in the meeting to be held in GUAM+3 format in October.
Azay Guliyev, Head of National NGOs Forum, told APA the meeting in Baku will debate issues of establishing NGOs of Azerbaijanis living in GUAM member countries.
