"Repatriation of captured Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mammadov will depend on his will," said Andrzej Kasprzyk, Special Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office who is participating in the monitoring of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, in the village of Tapgaragoyunlu of Goranboy region.
Kasprzyk considers that the issue can be clarified after the meeting of the Presidents [Azerbaijani and Armenian]. Azerbaijani soldier was captured by Armenian armed forces in December, 2007. APA
