Rauf Hasanov the chief of the branch said that the aim of opening Azerbaijani representation is to extend Azerbaijan-Russia relations.

Valeri Tursunov, the chief of the fund spoke about the history of the relations between the two countries stressed the necessity of developing these relations. He noted that the fund prepared projects on scientific and cultural relations and will participate in its implementation.
