The constituencies finished specifying voters' lists and they are being submitted to the Central Election Commission (CEC), the head of the "Elections Information Centre" Igbal Babayev told.
He said that the specifying voters' lists are to be finished by March 5, according to the legislation. "The voters' lists have already been received by the 'Elections Information Centre' and they have been printed in the centralized form. CEC will confirm the lists at the next stage and post them on the official website of the commission," he said. As APA reports, Babayev told that the procedure will end by March 30.
