On 14 February, after his inauguration ceremony, the newly elected president of Turkmenistan Gurbangulu Berdimahammadov has met heads of delegations in private.
Artur Rasizade, Prime Minister of the Azerbaijan Republic, has congratulated the head of state and conveyed President Ilham Aliyev's congratulations. During the meeting, the two sides have exchanged views on further cooperation in all fields and develop bilateral relations. AzerTAg
