"We will back the initiatives to the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Osetin conflicts," stated Miguel Angel Moratinos, OSCE Chairman-in-office and Spanish Foreign Minister.
He said that he will support the initiatives to the settlement of frozen conflicts in GUAM. OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and Miguel Angel Moratinos had a meeting in Madrid, Dec 13. The co-chairs made a report about Minsk meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents, APA reports.
