The draft resolution on the Post Soviet frozen conflicts prepared by GUAM will be discussed in the UN, December 7, Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan told journalists, quoting to Panarmenian agency.
He said that Armenia position on the problem remains unchanged. "We consider that this initiative can only prevent the normal process of the talks concerning Nagorno Karabakh conflict." He thinks that Guam resolution does not reflect objectivity, APA reports.
