President Ilham Aliyev issued decree to solve of Russian Azerbaijanis problems.

The decree reads that according to the decision 683, November 15, 2006 of Russia government, the government imposes the trade of migrants in Russia since January 15, 2007.

The decision will be concerned to most Azerbaijani citizens engaged in trade in Russia. The president issued a decree on establishing commission for solution the problems of Azerbaijanis engaged in trade in Russia.

The first deputy Premier Yagub Eyyubov was appointed to the leading post. The commission is composed of Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Economic Development Minister Heydar Babayev, Labour and Social Defense of the Population Minister Fuzuli Alekberov, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov, Agriculture Minister Ismet Abbasov, the chief of State Committee on work with Azerbaijanis living Abroad Nazim Ibrahimov, the chief of President Administration Department for local authorities Zeynal Nagdeliyev, the chief of President Administration Social - Political Department Ali Hasanov, President Administration International Relations department Novruz Mammadov, Azerbaijani Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu, The chief of Russia Azerbaijanis Congress Mammad Aliyev.

The commission should prepare measures plan and approve it and inform the president about taken measures, APA reports.
