"The rumors about Robert Simmons' statement on the delay of the reforms in the military sphere are not true. He can not say so. Things are taking their regular course," Defense Minister, colonel-general Safar Abiyev told APA.

He stressed that the reforms in Armed Forces are carried out according to the NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with Azerbaijan and will be completed in the appointed time.
