"The proposals offered by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is quite balanced and fair," said French President Jacques Chirac while commenting on current situation in the settlement of the Nagorno Garabagh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
APA reports President Chirac stated that Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents should demonstrate political will for the solution of the conflict.
