The movement member, deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) Serdar Jalaloglu told that the movement members decided to establish such foundation after the parliamentary elections.

"We want to set up this foundation with the purpose of dealing with solution of problems that political prisoners encounter. There is no need to function as 16 October Movement now," Jalaloglu said.

He also said movement member, parliamentarian Penah Huseyn will deal with the issues for establishment of the Foundation. Huseyn told no work has been done in this field, and it is not known when the movement will be transferred to foundation, APA reports.
