Today.Az » Politics » Who is Ishkhanyan trying to intimidate from behind bars?

"We'll have our say yet," Armenian separatist
David Ishkhanyan, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment, said from a Baku
prison.
Beyond the headline, however, the statement offered little
clarity. What exactly did he mean? To whom was the message directed? And under
what circumstances does he expect that opportunity to arise? These questions
remain unanswered, leaving the remark open to interpretation.
The most plausible possibility is that he is referring to
future memoirs or public reflections. Whether such a publication would attract
significant interest is another question.
For now, declarations about "having one's say"
remain largely symbolic. Given his current circumstances, the statement appears
more rhetorical than indicative of any concrete political or practical
significance.
