Public Affairs Office in the US embassy in Azerbaijan has told APA that Meeting and discussions will be held in Defense Ministry.

Among the issues to be discussed there is Individual Partnership Activity Plan with NATO and Azerbaijan. William T.Hobbins will also pay a visit to several countries.

Gen. Tom Hobbins is Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe; Commander, Allied Air Component Command Ramstein; Air Component Commander, U.S. European Command, Ramstein Air Base, Germany; and Director, Multinational Joint Air Power Competence Center, Kalkar, Germany.
