Members of the pre-electoral observation mission of Special Committee of the Council of Europe since May 3 have started arriving in Azerbaijan to observe repeat elections to Milli Majlis on 13 May.
As AzerTAg informs, the group lead by Leo Platvoet will comprise over 20 European parliamentarians. They will be in the constituencies, study pre-electoral conditions and on 13 May watch activeness of electors and process of voting. The observers will then prepare a report on results of the elections and submit for discussion at PACE June session.
