According to the leader of the organization Arzu Abdullayeva Consultative Council intends to send observers to all stations. Organizing 700 observers for re-election the Council has applied to relevant Constituency Election Commission and Central Election Committee for registration. Abdullayeva has announced that those observers represent 5 non-governmental organization represented in Consultative Council, APA informed.
