At present an expert group in involved in the development of statutory documents on the transformation of GUAM into an international organization, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Trend.

Prior to the summit it is planned to hold a meeting of the representatives of the member-states for final coordination of the agenda and signing of documents.
