President's Press Service informs that Ilham Aliyev congratulated Bulgarian President Georgi Purvanov with national holiday of Bulgaria.
As APA reports, congratulating Bulgarian President and people, Mr. Aliyev expressed his confidence for development and strengthening of friendship, mutual useful relations and cooperation between our countries.
