According to CEC spokesman Azer Sariyev, invitation is usually sent to CEC on elections to be held in foreign countries some months before the elections: "We have a lot of time by parliamentary election to be held in Ukraine and so we expect the invitation to observe elections to be held there," APA informs.

It should be noted that, elections will be held in March.
