Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO) today issued a statement protesting the pardoning not all of the "Karabakh partisans" under the pardon decree.
As APA reports, the statement reads that it is not right to refer the pardon decree only two of the "Karabakh partisans". The KLO stated that they would struggle for the release of 11 "Karabakh partisans" after that.
