28 December 2005 [09:44] - Today.Az
The opposition leaders have not received official invitation to Strasbourg on the eve of the January session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE).
APA was informed by first deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) Sardar Jalaloglu. According to him, the opposition will determine its further steps after the discussions to be held in the January session of PACE on the 6 November parliamentary elections.
It should be noted that, PACE co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan orally invited the opposition leaders to Strasbourg for adopting objective decision. “The session of PACE will be held in the end of January, much time remains for this”- said Sardar Jalaloglu, considering the statements that PACE will not adopt any resolutions on Azerbaijan to be not right.
