Yesterday the chairman of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov met with PACE co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Andreas Gross and Andres Herkel, head of CE observation mission Leo Plavoet.
Panahov and the quests discussed the results of Parliamentary elections and re-elections in 10 election constituencies in which the results were annulled, and also reformation of the CEC. They said that they will participate in the re-elections as active observers. The European representatives also expressed their concerns about some irregularities committed during the parliamentary elections. APA
