The 13 sitting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers Council will be held in Lublana, Slovenia on December 5-6.

The meeting will bring together the representatives of the partner states on cooperation -Afghanistan, Mongolia, Korea, Thailand, Japan, Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco and Tunis, as well as the representatives of the UN, Council of Europe and other international organizations.

OSCE also has announced an agenda of the meeting. OSCE Chairman-in-office, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitri Rupel is going to address the meeting on December 5 and to start the first plenary session that will take the first half of the day with the second plenary session following after a short brake.

The third plenary session will take place on 6 December, the document of the Ministerial Council will be adopted, and official closing ceremony of the meeting and press conference of the OSCE Troika ministers will be held.

The OSCE Troika ministers and the ministers for foreign affairs of the partners for Cooperation will have a meeting on 4 December, on the eve of the meeting of the Ministerial Council. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will also attend the meeting.

OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen will conduct discussions with Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan separately on the regulation of the Upper Garabagh conflict in the frame of the meeting. At the same time, it is expected that Mammadyarov and Oskanyan will meet in person.
