The other official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Mikhail Kamini stated that OSCE observers made hasty decision about the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections. He called the observers to avoid such steps.

"The attention should be paid to the statements made before the results of elections officially declared. It is clear that incomprehensible and unreasonable hastiness appears," said Kamini.
