"Azadliq" political bloc has applied to Baku City Executive Power for permission to hold a rally and a concert on November 4 at the Republican Stadium named after Tofiq Bahramov.
Azadliq intends to rally at the stadium from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m on November 4. The bloc has not determined yet actions it will implement in case of denial of the action by the Executive Power of Baku City.
