International Republican Institute (IRI) will implement a new project with regard to the parliamentary elections in October.
Spokesman of IRI office in Baku Fariz Ismayilzade told APA that, television debates will be organized for the candidates of 10 constituency election commissions functioning in south region of Azerbaijan, Mingechevir and Yevlakh on the local TV channels. IRI will meet all the expenses of the tele-debates.
It must be reminded that, IRI provided trainings for candidates and their assistants in 41 constituencies in July-August. The Institute plans to prove trainings for election observers.
