OSCE two independent experts-Rumen Malayev (Bulgaria) and Berit Lindeman (Norway) are in Baku for two days now.

APA was told from OSCE Office in Baku that ,these experts have been send for an official journey by OSCE Office for Democratic Institution and Human Rights and long-term mission which is to observe the elections to Milli Majlis (parliament).

They will observe the process of registration of candidates to the position of deputy, attend the meetings of CEC, assist in compiling the documents drawn up by the CEC and by the Information Center of this organization if necessary. One of the experts will stay in Baku for 2 weeks; the other will be on an official journey to our country till the end of October.

It must be noted that, OSCE long-term observation mission composed of 28 observers will arrive in Baku on 5 September.
