Deputy leader of Musavat, editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Yeni Musavat” Rauf Arifoghlu’s appeal was looked into in the Appeal Court yesterday.
Informing APA about it, R.Arifoghlu said that, the judge made a positive decision on abolishment of his imprisonment in the court process lasted for only 5-6 minutes: “Prosecutor Ramiz Rzayev considered it impossible to liquidate my imprisonment basing on that I am not reformed yet. He insisted that the court consider the previous court decision in force. However, Judge Ilham Hasanov made decision on abolishment of my imprisonment”.
