Azerbaijan’s President signed a decree to approve Rules on classification of information of state secret importance.
The entire list has been prepared in strict accordance with the law on state secret.
The Rules determine information and data linked to military, foreign policy, economic, intelligence, counterintelligence and operative investigation activities of the State, as well as information and data, which are kept by the State and, if leaked, can damage the security of Azerbaijan. Also the Rules determine the list of state structures in charge of those data and information.
The decree also applies to data, which are ranked as state secret in the field of military, foreign policy and economy.
