The Azerbaijani - US talks on preparations for the official visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to the United States are underway, Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Minister for Foreign Affairs, told journalists on Tuesday.
According to Mammadyarov, at present Hafiz Pashayev, Azerbaijan’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the United States, is holding talks with the U.S. side to define the date of the visit.
