Azerbaijan and Armenia are so far from achieving an agreement that Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian considered immature to speaker about by-stage or packet resolution of the conflict, Tofik Zulfugarov, the ex-Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, an independent politician, told Trend.
He was commenting on statement by the Armenian FM, who urged that the talks were in such a stage that it was impossible to offer packet resolution of the conflict.
"The statement makes guess the talks mull only common parameters of the conflict resolution, but not concrete," he underlined.
