The Austrian citizen, doctor of historical sciences Erik Faygil directed the appellation to the parliament of his state in connection with Hojali genocide.

The State committee on the work with Azerbaijanis, residing in foreign states, informed agency Trend.

The appellation named "Back stream" reads, for many years propaganda machine of Armenians has been instilling into consciousness of society fantastic figures about victims of civil war of 1915. "As a matter of fact that slaughter was launched by Armenian militiamen armed to the teeth in alliance with Russian troops moving by Caucasus, thus stabbing in the back of weakened Ottoman Army.  No word is provided about losses of Ottomans. The truth is, during that period Muslim population was completely defenseless in front of Armenian militiamen, - reads appellation. - Since 1915 Armenians have been waging hideous, aggressive wars against Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. And the whole world witnesses only contrived "events" of 1915. This allowed to Armenia starting new aggressive war, leaving in shade, all what happened before".

Appellation reads, Armenia occupied 20% of Azerbaijan territory, more than 1 million of Azerbaijanis driven away from their native hearth, drag out a miserable existence presently.

"Obliteration of city Hojali 26 February 1992 and annihilation of its population was culmination of Armenian crimes. 613 residents were killed, 1275 persons were imprisoned, 1150 persons were heavily wounded and were left on the battlefield with traces of misdeeds on their bodies", - writes professor.

The author  indicating, that criminal deeds of Armenians are already disclosed at  international scale, writes, Congressmen Den Barton and Solomon P.Ortiz supported in Congress just cause of Azerbaijan and spoke against deceptive  attacks of Armenians. The Parliament Assembly of Council of Europe discussed the issue of Nagorno Karabakh and adopted correct decision 25 January 2005.
