A Swan Lake ballet by outstanding Russian composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky was staged at Azerbaijan State Opera and Ballet Theater on Saturday. The performance featured soloists of Belarusian Academic Opera and Ballet Theater Olga Gaiko (as Odette and Odile) and Oleg Eromkin (as Prince Siegfried).
Belarus ballet dancer Olga Gaiko is a laureate of "Philip Morris Debut" Ballet Prize (2002). Her repertoire includes solo parties, as well as Giselle ("Giselle"), Carmen ("Carmen Suite"), Juliet ("Romeo and Juliet").
Belarusian Academic Opera and Ballet Theater performed this ballet in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Chine, Portugal, France, Sweden and other countries.
