The actress is suing the owners of moejackson.com, after the Web site refused to remove nude pictures of the "High School Musical" star.

According to TMZ.com, the 21-year-old claims that the pics were "self-portrait photographs" taken in a private residence. The lawsuit never reveals that Hudgens is naked in the photos but does claim that "the photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

Hudgens had previously attempted to pursue copyright violations after registering the nude photos with the U.S. Copyright Office, but the company that owns the Web site, Butter Media, refused to act.

Now the sweet-singing actress is asking a federal judge for an injunction and damages.
